Premise and Setting

Premise

Princess Bubblegum, Princess of the Candy Kingdom, is really into science. Being such a science minded lady, she created a wormhole portal gate that connects to other worlds. Unfortunately, she entered the portal, and disappeared. After that, the citizens of the Candy Kingdom realized this crazy portal began to only work as a one way gate, snatching up living things from random realities and dumping them off in the middle of the Candy Kingdom.

Peppermint Butler, not knowing what else to do, stationed himself outside the portal so that he could guide the poor souls that were now trapped forever in Ooo (and wait for the princess to return). Day and night he stands outside the Portal, welcoming each new guest and informing them that they get a free room at the Candy Inn for a week before they have to make their own way in the world...

Setting

This game takes place in The Land of Ooo, obviously. Ooo is a country, or continent... Something made up of some interesting kingdoms, towns, and general places.

Rules and FAQ

RULES

Don't be a douche. You don't have to be super best friends with everyone, but at least be a decent person. If you seriously have an issue with someone and you can't work it out yourself, PM the mod journal or Plurk.

Be IC. Stay in character, don't God Mode, yadda yadda. We all know this right?

Cut and label mature content. Fights are encouraged, and sexytimes are allowed, just be sure to put it under a cut, and put a warning above the cut.

FAQ

What kind of character can I play?
Any fictional character from any canon. ANY. Adventure Time characters, AUs, OCs, Genderbent Adventure Time characters, whatever.

What is the style of play?
Any really. Play in whatever style suits you. Prose, action, whatever. There will be a network with video/text capabilities available after an early event.

What does the portal look like?
A stone archway with a bunch of colors swirling about the center. If you touch any part of the swirl, it just feels like a flat, unmoving wall.

What happens if you try to run through the portal when someone else is coming through?
You get the overwhelming urge to use the toilet and have to run away.
